Privacy & cookies
Last updated: 17 October 2026
In short: this website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking, and loads nothing from other companies. We only process personal data when you email us, and only to answer you.
Who we are
Torquero is operated by Grunius BV, Aarhusweg 2-9, 9723 JJ Groningen, the Netherlands (KvK 62885774). Grunius BV is responsible for the personal data described here. Questions about privacy can go to hello@torquero.com.
Visiting this website
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes your IP address and basic request details (such as browser type and the page requested) to deliver the pages and protect the site against abuse. We do not use this data to identify or profile you.
Fonts and images are served from torquero.com itself, so your browser does not contact other companies, such as Google Fonts, when you view our pages.
When you email us
If you write to an @torquero.com address, we receive your name, email address and whatever you include in your message. We use this only to answer your question, prepare a quote or follow up on your request.
Email to torquero.com is forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing to the sales team of PartnerPLC, a company in the Grunius group, who handle enquiries for us. We keep emails as long as needed to deal with your request and any follow-up, and no longer than the law requires. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Cookies
This website does not place cookies and does not store anything in your browser. There are no analytics, advertising or social media trackers, so there is no cookie banner.
If we add something that needs cookies in the future, we will update this page and ask for your consent first where the law requires it.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you can ask us to:
- show you the personal data we hold about you;
- correct or delete it;
- limit or object to how we use it;
- give you a copy to take elsewhere.
Email hello@torquero.com and we will respond within one month. If you are not happy with how we handle your data, you can complain to your data protection authority. In the Netherlands that is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Changes
We may update this page as our services develop. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
